Inspired by a need to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, to spend quality time with family and friends and to enjoy the splendor of nature while being on the lake, Beach House Muskoka creates the perfect home away from home to unwind and relax. Located off of Lake Rosseau surrounded by 10 acres of green splendor this thoughtfully built and furnished cottage is meant to provide memories of a time you won’t soon forget.

Sleeping Arrangements
The Bungalow comfortably sleeps 8 people and has 4 bedroom accommodations. The property has 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with 2 queen bunks as well as 3 full bathrooms, including 1 ensuite in the master bedroom.

— Availability
We rent our property all year round, however important to note that we reserve July and August for family and friends of Beach House Muskoka. There is a three night minimum stay year round for our property, if interested in pricing please reach out via our contact page.
Lake Access —
The Bungalow is situated on 300 ft of stunning lake frontage. We are located right off of the water with a stone path leading to the lake, approximately 270 feet from the beach house. There is a clay-bottom beach located directly beside the dock with walk-out access to 150-200 ft of shallow crystal clear water. The rental also includes one dock slip for a boat.

The Bungalow is one of 10 cottages on 10 acres of property with both shared and private aspects. Shared spaces include 300ft of beachfront directly on Lake Rosseau, a dock with its own private boating slip, tennis court and one larger shared fire pit 10 feet from the water. Private aspects include the cottage itself, both outdoor patios - back and front, BBQ and the fire pit located outside of the back deck (as seen in images on our site).
