Beach House Muskoka is a thoughtfully curated cottage bungalow nestled around Lake Rousseau, just a few minutes from Port Carling.

  • Both the Bungalow and the Lake House are 2 of 10 cottages 10 acres of property with both shared and private aspects. Shared spaces include 300ft of beachfront directly on Lake Rosseau, a dock with its own private boating slip, tennis court and one larger shared fire pit 10 feet from the water.

  • Our cottages are situated on 300 ft of stunning lake Rosseau frontage. There is a clay-bottom beach located directly beside the dock with walk-out access to 150-200 ft of shallow crystal clear water. The rental also includes one dock slip for a boat.

  • Our cottages are available for stays all year round with a three-night minimum stay.
