Beach House Muskoka is a thoughtfully curated cottage nestled around Lake Rousseau.

Beach House Muskoka is 1 of 10 cottages on 10 acres of property with shared and private aspects. Shared spaces include 300ft of beachfront directly on Lake Rosseau, a dock with its own private boating slip, tennis court and one larger shared fire pit 10 feet from the water.
Our cottage is situated on 300 ft of stunning lake Rosseau frontage. There is a clay-bottom beach located directly beside the dock with walk-out access to 150-200 ft of shallow crystal clear water. The rental also includes one dock slip for a boat.
Our cottage is available for stays all year round with a two-night minimum stay.
